
This smoky chimichurri-inspired butter blends chipotle, paprika, garlic, and herbs—perfect for steak, grilled veggies, or crusty bread.
Smoky Chipotle Chimichurri Compound Butter
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter softened to room temperature
- 3 tbsp parsley fresh
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp chipotle powder for heat and extra smokiness
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice fresh
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the softened butter.
- Sprinkle in the smoked paprika, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the lemon juice and chopped herbs (if using).
- Pulse until everything is fully combined and smooth.
- Spoon the butter onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
- Roll it into a log shape and twist the ends closed.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
