Homemade Taco Seasoning (Ditch The Packet)
Ingredients

cornstarch

teaspoons
kosher salt

teaspoon
smoked paprika

teaspoon
ground coriander
1/2
teaspoon
dried oregano
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
onion powder
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of spices.

Transfer the spice mix to an airtight container or spice jar. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Use about 3 tablespoons of the spice mix per 1 lb of meat (beef, chicken, turkey, or plant-based protein). Adjust to taste as needed.
